I'm a songwriter in the Elvis Costello/ Billy Bragg/ Joe Strummer/ John Lennon vein - I mean I'd like to be! - with plenty of songs, a gift for potentially co-writing your material, a voice which varies from v dodgy to apparently quite good (I'd be happy to do backing vocals and harmonies on lots of songs). I would like in the first nce to find a single collaborator - who sings and plays another instrument (or a second guitar) and maybe has their own material too. To do open mic nights and to make a demo for proper gigs. Then to add band members if and as appropriate.

See above but a very long and wide list, with no genre completely untouched. (I have for example written what I like to think is an acoustic Northern Soul track)

EQUIPMENT

Currently that I am capable of using, 2 acoustic guitars (1 electro) and a Gould Les Paul. Played bass in a funk band once - enjoyed it but don't have much experience on bass, and don't have a bass guitar at present.
