We're a band of 50 somethings on the local music scene. Well, that's the intention (although I am not quite 50!!). Currently we are made up of me and my partner Tim Bastock who has been playing rythmn and accoustic guitar since his early teens and is semi-pro standard on both accoustic guitar and bass. I've been playing bass for a few years but my strength is inging and writing songs (mainly comedy). We are looking for a drummer - preferably late 40s early 50s and possibly a guitarist/bassist so Tim can cover one or the other

The inspiration from this song has been drawn from many years following my partner around to pub gigs with the various bands he has been with in the past 10 years or so. Any musician over a certain age who is still gigging should identify with it, though. This is the 12" vinyl version and there's a slight 'Parental Advisory' warning near the end. Enjoy!!
