I'm a 30 year-old trumpet player looking for...
- A band in Guildford, or somewhere accessible on the train from Guildford (such as Woking).
- Bandmates of a similarish age (or at any rate not teenagers! Sorry).
- More of a casual band that does gigs (for fun) but doesn't rehearse more than once a week.
I really have no idea what kind of genre I'd like to play. Probably jazz, swing, or ska, which is what I have some experience of, but I'd really love to be in more of an interesting fusion band: funk, groove, indie rock or (above all) latin.
