Yo! Just moved to Dumfries. Looking for some like minded musicians to play with and also to help me on my mission of writing and recording my own material. Happy to pursue either of the above or both. Also like beer, Peep Show and depressing films.

Influences
Top 5 bands...
1. Arctic Monkeys
2. Strokes
3. QOTSA
4. Cage The Elephant
5. Radiohead
But that’s the young me talking there. Of recent years I’ve gravitated to much heavier stuff such as Reuben, Ghost of a Thousand, The Chariot, early Biffy.
But then there’s also the side of me that loves Alt J, XX, Jamie T (dunno if he fits in that category).
Also... The Dirty Nil are the best in the world.
(Why’s it so hard to think of bands you love?!)
But I love all sorts and have an open ear.

EQUIPMENT
Some piece of shit electric guitars that aren’t operational but have been customised to look rad as fuck. (Gonna get them serviced and upgraded when I get some money). Right now I’m using a Westfield. Does the job for now. Have a really nice acoustic “Indie”, with the best action I’ve experienced on an acoustic. Have a massive Fender Mustang GT200, and a digitech whammy (from when I was obsessed with Jack White at around 15).
