ZEUHL project (feral electric jazz with a lot of vocal harmony & trance inducing repetition)
I play DRUMS & have ~30 min of material ready to rehearse (Ableton demo & .pdf score), this is written for a QUINTET:

LYRICS are work in progress, these will be glossolalia / very loosely constructed language in the traditional Zeuhl style and probably involve me as third vocalist in extended-technique sprechgesang / extreme metal mode for some passages.

Influences
tropical birds, ancient ruins, secret societies, primitive weaponry.
I currently play drums in a jazz trio - in the past (2002-2015-ish) I played drums, bass and keys in various indie rock bands based in Bournemouth/Brighton.
I am obsessed with Magma and also Secret Chiefs 3, if you like either one you should get in touch with me now
I enjoy theatrical aspect of contemporary bands like Heilung, Castle Rat, Kanonenfieber, I think this kind of thing would work well with Zeuhl music in a live context
at home most of the time I just listen to vaporwave or dungeon synth depending on the weather
EQUIPMENT
I have a Pearl drumkit, some Zildjian cymbals, a laptop running Ableton & other composition software, and a car for driving to gigs/rehearsals.
